Welcome to our bonus episode, the penultimate episode of season two before we round off the season with our Finale. This week we talk about inspiration, whether that is walking outside by the water, digging your allotment, writing poetry, art or keeping a diary. We also have a bit of a meltdown at the end of this episode, proof positive that stress does have to come out somewhere!
